What is your return policy?
We offer a very flexible 14 day return policy. For a refund or exchange you must have your receipt and we will gladly accept any item in new condition. New condition means that the item must be in it's original packaging and unused. We regret that we are unable to accept open food for refunds or exchanges. Some food manufacturers will allow you to return their food if your pet doesn't eat it. However, we suggest you verify with the manufacturer before making your purchase. We will be happy to assist you in obtaining their contact info. We also regret we cannot accept used toys for refunds or exchanges. We can recommend an appropriate toy for your pet, but we cannot guarantee a toy to be indestructible. You should always monitor your pet during playtime and select the toy that best meets your pet's needs.
Why don't you sell puppies?
We do not sell puppies because we are not breeders. Please DO NOT buy your puppy or kitten from a Pet Store. They are getting their pets from Puppy Mills regardless of what they tell you. A responsible breeder will allow you to meet the parents, but a Pet Shop will not. They do not care about the well being of the animals, which get shipped to them from rural states. Pets born in these puppy mills suffer from inhumane conditions and often come with health problems. Don't support the Puppy Mills. Get your next pet from a reputable breeder or adopt.
