Grooming
We offer grooming services 6 days a week Tuesday-Sunday. All of groomers are experienced professionals and will handle your pet with the utmost care. Your pet's safety and well being are our top priority. Our groomers will take their time with your pet to ensure his or her grooming experience is a pleasant one. You can help make your pet's grooming less stressful by brushing your pet's fur regularly and by handling your pet's paws on a regular basis. Brushing should be all over your pet's body including the back, ears, chest, and arms. This will get your pet used to being handled in the same way a groomer would handle your loved one. Your vet will also be thankful!
Bath package starts at $45 plus tax and Full Grooming package start at $74 plus tax. The price of grooming is dependent on the breed and size of your pet. If your pet is severely matted, there will be an additional surcharge of at least $10 plus tax for the additional amount of time it will take the groomer to finish. If your pet is aggressive and needs to be muzzled, there will be an additional surcharge of at least $10 plus tax for the additional amount of time it will take the groomer to finish. Please be aware that any price you are quoted either in person or over the phone is only an estimate. Our groomers will determine the final price of the grooming once they assess your pet upon check in for grooming.
We recommend making an appointment for grooming. You will receive a courtesy call the day before your appointment to confirm. If you are unable to keep your schedule appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to give us ample notice to reschedule or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, then you will not be allowed to make a reservation in the future. You will only be allowed to bring your pet in for grooming as a walk in. Please be mindful of our groomers and other pet parents when you book a reservation for grooming.
We require that you bring a copy of your pet's current vaccination records (Dogs : Rabies, Canine Distemper & Bordetella) (Cats : Rabies & Feline Distemper). We cannot accept your pet for grooming without proof of up to date vaccinations. This is required by the NYC Department of Health.
